Citipass Fundraiser Kickoff

It's Citipass Fundraiser time! This is one of our major fundraisers for the year. We are counting on you to help with our continued efforts to make OCE the very best we can for our children. Proceeds from our sale will be used to benefit the entire school. The books cost $20 and our school will keep $10 from each sale.

Each year, the Citipass book is full of coupons to local restaurants and businesses. Here are just a few of this year's participants: Moe's Southwest Grill, Tyler's Taproom, The Loop, Bistro 64, and many more...

Here's how you can help:

  1. Take Orders. Preview the book that is sent home (July 25 for Tracks 1 & 2, August 18 for Tracks 3 & 4). Show the books to your friends and co-workers. ALL UNSOLD BOOKS MUST BE RETURNED OF THEY WILL BE COUNTED TOWARD YOUR ORDER).
  2. Collect $20 for every book ordered. Checks can be made out to Olive Chapel Elementary PTA.
  3. Use the envelope provided to take orders and collect money. All orders, money, and unsold books are due back to the school by
    • Monday, August 4th for Tracks 1 and 2
    • Friday, August 29th for Tracks 3 and 4
  4. Turn in the order to your child's teacher. Orders will be filled as they are received.
  5. Use the book sent home to fill your last order.
  6. If you are unable to help with your fundraiser, please return the Citipass book in its original condition and envelope to your child's teachers.

Thank you for your continued support of our school.
