Meet the Staff

Olive Chapel Elementary School has a diverse and talented staff that boasts 13 National Board Certified Teachers and 22 staff members holding a Master's degree or higher.

The OCE Faculty believes that team-based collaboration is the means to continuous improvement and to achieving the Board of Education goal of demonstrating high academic growth and graduating on-time prepared to compete globally. A Professional Learning Team is made up of members who regularly collaborate toward continued improvement in meeting students' needs. Using data, professional experience, and best practices, the team works toward realizing a shared vision for a better learning environment. The primary emphasis is on supporting learning and meeting the needs of all students.
